Dongfeng Motor recently upgraded its parts service system, launching a "30-minute response, 24-hour delivery" service commitment. It has established 200 parts warehousing centers nationwide, covering 31 provinces. Simultaneously, it launched a smart parts query platform, allowing users to track product origin information and maintenance records in real time.

For older models, Dongfeng also launched a parts refurbishment service. Through professional testing and repair technology, old parts can be restored to over 90% of their new performance, reducing costs by 50%. This service upgrade will improve user repair efficiency, reduce vehicle operating costs, and further solidify Dongfeng's reputation in the parts market.
